Stonington Public Library
The Board of Trustees of the Stonington Public Library is searching for a dynamic teambuilder to preserve and enhance the mission of a beloved town institution.
The Board seeks a person with energy, vision and enthusiasm for serving both casual visitors and regular patrons of our library, which anchors Main Street and unites our community in the love of reading. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to interact effectively with staff, volunteers, board members and the public, both adults and children
- Excitement about building and maintaining robust library collections and programs that address all audiences in our community
- Proficiency with office software and social media
The pay range is $18-20 per hour for a 20-hour per week, 52-week position.
