And the Winners Are…

Our first ever Labor Day Raffle was a smashing success by all measures! We received 20 generous donations from local businesses and residents, and hundreds of people—year rounders, summer residents, and visitors—bought nearly 2,000 tickets. Two dozen volunteers logged over 100 hours selling raffle tickets on the library porch, and we raised a grand total of $11,742!

In short, WOW! So without further delay, here are the winning ticket numbers:

Thank YOU to each and every individual who pitched in and helped us raise a record amount of money! Together, we have ensured a free community resource open to all year round. Our success is a collective success with so many contributing what they can. That means more to us than any dollar amount, and we heard your overwhelmingly positive feedback each day we were out there selling tickets. It bears repeating: THANK YOU!
